Our Process

  • During our initial consultation, our team will determine what we need to do to get your home market ready. Once we have that plan, we will execute it accordingly. This may include professional cleaning, staging, updates/maintenance, etc. depedning on your unique needs/situation. We custom cater listing prep plans to each of our clients unique needs.

  • Pricing is the most important factor when selling a home and is to not be overlooked. There is a direct correlation between home prices and how many days a home will sit on the market for. During our consult we will discuss this and provide you with valuable data to educate you on the market and where we should be priced. We will provide you with multiple pricing strategies we can take and what you can expect from each one. We will also take into account any listing preparations we take (such as home updates) that we may perform prior to going on the market.

In the case of luxury property listings, your dedicated agent will also discuss the potential of hosting private showings for each interested buyer. This will be discussed during your inital consult should your home qualify for this.

  • After we receive offers, your agent will present each one to you as they come in and help you navigate what each one means for you. Additionally, you will have an expert negotiator representing your best interests so you can count on favorable terms for the sale of your home.

  • Finally, once you’ve accepted a favorable offer your agent will handle every detail from start to finish so you can rest easy knowing your deal has the best possible chance of making it to the closing table. Should any issues arrise, your agent will be there to guide you and educate you every step of the way.
