  • Our FSBO Consulting model is a flat fee service that includes everything listed above. We do not charge a commission percentage that takes place ina traditional real estate transaction. Depending on the price of your home, our flat fee is usually significantly less than what it would cost to hire a traditional real estate agent. It also will not change depending on the final sales price of your home. Once you’re given a price, that’s the final price.

  • At Quest Realty Group we always put our clients first, so in the event your home does not sell after you’ve followed all of our advice, we will issue you a full refund of our consulting fee. We only get paid if we help you execute a successful real estate transaction, the same way we would in a traditional real estate transaction. This model holds us accountable for your success. The only expenses you’re liable for are the costs you incur yourself such as professional photography for example.
